She explained the process of restoration and repair as well as the insurance side of things. My bathroom and office needed mold remediation due to the previous owner not taking care of a small leak in the vent on the roof. The work is done and I have an office and bathroom.again with perfect care! The work Rick had done was incredible and efficient. He was done in a week. It is neat and clean. Perfect!
