My wife and I live in Coos Bay, OR. We recently had severe water damage to our home, that was the result of a bad seal on the shutoff valve of our refrigerator ice maker. The valve began leaking into our sub-floor and walls and we had no idea it was happening, until eight days later, the floors began to buckle. We called ServPro. They responded that day and began estimating what needed to be done. Flooring and walls were taken out, cabinets and insulation removed. Throughout our week (plus) of working with them, they showed up when they promised and were prompt and reliable. We cannot say enough about the professionalism that we experienced with all the agents of ServPro. We worked with seven total ServPro employees: Doug, Wendy, Nick, Stephanie Kayla, Storm and Matt. They all went above and beyond with courtesy and professionalism, to make a really bad situation, much easier to deal with.
