Sylvania Cleanup and Restoration

Serve Pro team showed up over a holiday weekend and worked through the rain tarping a badly damaged roof caused by a huge fallen tree. Folks were professional, efficient, and documented all with photograph which were forwarded to the adjuster. All well done.

We had a huge house fire and The team here got us all fixed and back to shape. A fire is a hard one to navigate but John Keeler and his team did a fantastic job at helping us through it all. We would recommend them to anyone who needed their services they did a spectacular job. We are thankful for each and every single one of them who helped us ❤️❤️❤️

I cannot say enough good things about this company. As anyone who has experienced water damage knows, this was stressful and not something we had experienced before. John Keeler, project manager, worked tirelessly, was responsive to all of my questions and concerns, listened and followed through with everything , even the smallest details, sending qualified, professional men who completed the job above and beyond our expectations. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

We had a water leak in February of 2025. I left a detailed review and it never registered so I am writing one again. For demolition, N athan was the project manager. He and his crew got everything torn out and ready for the reconstruction crew to come in. Nathan was great to work with. His crew draped the area with plastic to keep dust at a minimum while tearing out the damaged wall, cabinet and floor. They all worked professionally and with respect to us and our home. Zac was our project manager for reconstruction. He was fantastic to work with. He made sure to answer each and every question we had throughout the rebuild. John and his crew did most of the actual reconstruction. He took time and did things 'the right way'. We were very pleased with his construction and finish work. Roger did drywall and paint. He did a great job as well. Tony replaced the tile backsplash and did a beautiful job. We couldn't have asked for a better reconstruction crew. What impressed us the most was that this crew carefully removed our quartz countertops, backsplash edging, and bar without cracking or scratching it anywhere! They then replaced it after they installed the new cabinets. We appreciated not having to purchase new ones. The entire kitchen was rebuilt and when finished, they had restored it back to it's original state only now it was brand new! We are so thankful that we hired this ServPro location and thankful for the crew they sent. We can't sing enough praises for Nathan, Zac and their crews for fixing a horrible mess in a timely manner. You guys are "the best"! Highly recommend!!
