Franklin Cleanup and Restoration

I had Servpro do an ozone treatment on my house a couple months ago after my dog got skunked. They did a great job, and it completely got rid of the smell. They were able to come out a couple days after it happened so I didn’t have to deal with the smell for too long. Julie and Kayla were also able to give me a couple pointers on how to get the smell off my dog. After googling the cost of treatments I was surprised at how affordable they had their pricing and saved me additional money not having to have my furniture and carpets deep cleaned, the ozone treatment did a great job. Knock on wood this doesn’t happen again but if it does, I’m definitely calling them.

After a fire at our home, we had the pleasure of working with Trent and Liz from Servpro of Middletown. During such a stressful and emotional time, they made an incredibly difficult process much easier to navigate. From the very beginning, they were professional, compassionate, and thoughtful while handling the cleanup, tear-out, and careful removal of our personal belongings. We had them do carpet cleaning for our entire house. The carpets looked great and the house smelled so fresh and clean. Scheduling was easy, staff polite, and prices were reasonable.

Although dealing with any kind of restoration or tragic incident can hard to process, ServPro- Specifically Jesse Bruce and staff, make this whole transition a breeze. There are not enough words to describe the level of excellence Jesse and the crew provided during the last few months of our restoration project. It is amazing to see a company so advanced in communication efforts, flexibility and their unwavering knowledge in a multitude of areas. The attention to detail that has been continuously provided throughout this whole job has been nothing short of amazing. The end result of this is meticulous. It was a breath of fresh air to see the communication and appreciation between the ServPro staff, Jesse's dedication to not only the project but to the staff is admirable. It was such a positive experience, watching the staff actually enjoy their job and know that they are appreciated. Chris, Ryan and Cierra were absolutely amazing to work with. I spoke with Kayla and she was very helpful when my basement flooded

We recently had water in our basement. Alex, Trent, and David came out to assist and each of them were kind, knowledgeable, and helped tamper down my anxiety. They helped make a stressful situation more bearable. I’d recommend them to any one in a heartbeat.

We had them come out due to a sump pump failure. They did an amazing job.. I highly recommend them. Alex,David and Trent always notified me when they were on their way,explained everything they were doing and did a great job.
