From their quick response, knowledge, professionalism and compassion we can’t say enough good things about Pete K, Nico and their team! Pete quickly responded when we called late on a Friday afternoon, immediately assessed what needed to be done and stayed onsite until Nico and his team arrived. Nico and his team immediately set up dryers and dehumidifiers working until late Friday night and were back right on schedule to complete the needed removal. Because of their quick and thorough work, they made sure we’d have no further damage. They answered all our questions, were professional, organized and very competent. Pete stayed in contact and checking the progress making sure everything that needed to get done did. Pete, Nico and the entire Servpro team truly made a horrible situation so much less stressful. Thanks to the great experience with Pete, Nico and their team we would highly recommend Servpro if any of our family or friends ever need restoration services.

Pete, Nico and his crew Owen and Diego where beyond professional , on time and careful with our water damaged basement . They went above and beyond to cover all areas to prevent mold and took extra time to clean up after they removed walls , carpets and kitchen cabinets. Pete came back a few times to make sure everything was going well and met with the adjuster from our insurance company . Nico took the time to explain each step and provided support and direction to his team. We highly recommend SERVPRO and we are grateful for the high level of professionalism.

Long process that took about 4 1/2 months with significant pause between water removal/Packout and restoration. The problem came about due to a busted water pipe dumping about 140,000 gallons of water into basement area with water damage to the entire basement utility as well as living area . The initial phase of work was started before insurance approval so this led to complications down the road resulting in a delayed start for the restoration phase. My 5 star review applies to the restoration phase that Frank Hughes was in charge of. Frank very patiently worked through the details with USAA to get approval for the initial work already done and to get approval for the restoration work. I thank him and crew for a job well done! In the end I was left with no out of pocket expenses from all the work done by Servpro and I credit Frank for making this happen. This kind of insurance based job is complicated and without people like Frank in the mix could end with expensive and disappointing results. Even though there were issues with the initial remediation work, I highly recommend Servpro and would use them again.

Starting with frank hughes coming to my house within 45 minutes of my flooded basement said my guys can be here in a few moments, i knew i was in great hands. Cleanup crew came in sucked all the water out installed fans and said the next crew will be here the next day!
