given the extenuating circumstances of the job to be done, the serve pro team was excellent. the claim i had was delayed due to misinformation provided by the insurance agency. with the clock ticking at the eleventh hour my insurance company authorized servpro to do a clean up job that was quite big and messy. they got right on it and they were very quick in completing the work and in the desert heat, i might add. (see photos of at least 15 boxes of items that were impacted by water damage) josh and his entire team were professional, courteous and efficient enough to complete what could have easily been a two day process, in a matter of hours… VERY IMPRESSIVE. i’m very grateful for a service that was provided to help me complete the clean up task of a very devastating loss. i highly recommend and appreciate their entire team.
