Before taking their scheduled lunch break, the team would strategically stage the areas and materials they would be working on so that, upon returning, they could immediately resume and execute the next phase of the work. I also appreciated that the entire team took their break together and returned together, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork, coordination, and accountability. I had the pleasure of working directly with two outstanding supervisors, who were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. They made themselves available to address questions, provide updates, and ensure that the work was moving forward appropriately. SERVPRO's team understood that this was more than simply cleaning a building—it was about helping us restore a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our children, families, teachers, and staff. Their efforts contributed greatly to our ability to prepare the school for reopening.
