Shrewsbury Township Cleanup and Restoration

We had an extensive reconstruction project at my family's home following a major flood, and I can't say enough good things about the ServPro reconstruction team--Rob, Johnny, Jeff, and Rachel. From beginning to end, they treated our home with genuine care, almost as if they were working on their own house. After everything our family had already been through with the water damage and the disruption that followed, having a skilled, patient, and conscientious reconstruction crew made an enormous difference. The quality of the work was excellent, and the entire crew clearly took pride in what they were doing. Johnny and Jeff did a wonderful job, Rachel helped keep everything moving behind the scenes, and everyone worked together to get a house that had been torn apart looking and feeling like a home again. I especially want to recognize Rob in his role supervising the reconstruction. He was exceptional throughout the entire process--responsive, patient with my MANY questions and requests, attentive to detail, and clearly very invested in the outcome. He stayed closely involved, kept everything moving and coordinated, and took great pride in the work of the entire team. It was obvious that the finished result genuinely mattered to him. I'm very grateful to Rob, Johnny, Jeff, Rachel, and the entire ServPro reconstruction crew for everything they did to put our home back together. They helped take a very stressful chapter for our family and bring it to a much better ending. I would absolutely recommend this reconstruction team!

We experienced an ice dam on our roof that caused water to leak into our bedroom and bathroom, which was incredibly stressful. Thankfully, ServPro responded quickly and made a difficult situation much easier to handle. They took the time to clearly explain the entire process and soon began mitigation. I was especially impressed with how careful they were to keep everything contained and as clean as possible throughout the work. The job was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The team they sent—especially Jordan—was outstanding: professional, friendly, and truly top-notch. We’re now moving into the remodeling phase, and based on this experience, I feel confident that we’re in very good hands.

We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling from our washing machine upstairs and needed to have the entire area above the island removed, fixed, and painted. Rob and John were both incredibly professional and made a very stressful process manageable for our entire family in the most central part of our home. They were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves each day before leaving. The job is complete and you would never know that there was ever an issue. While I would never want to have a leak again, I sure know who I would call if those circumstances ever arose again! Thank you, Rob and John!

We needed a first step drying out of our floors and walls Both Chad and Noel showed up promptly and set up all machinery properly and professionally. Once all walls and floors were dried, both came back and did a marvelous job in the cleanup and removal of their equipment. Their courtesy and professionalism are to be commended. Fine service by fine representatives including office staff leads me to highly recommend Servpro to anyone asking.

The Reconstruction team was amazing, thank you so much to Rob, Andre, Johnny, Shane, and Rachel & Bob! After the fire I never thought it would be OK, but we have our home back and it's wonderful. The attention to detail like all the trim and tile work really brought back all the charm to our old home. Plus the deck rebuild was fantastic. All while being courteous, professional, and all around lovely people. Great job! You guys are amazing!
