I recently used SERVPRO for water damage in my home caused by ice damming, and I had an excellent experience with their team from start to finish. Their water mitigation team was fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently to locate the source and extent of the water damage and immediately began mitigation to prevent any further issues, including potential mold growth. The crew worked under the direction of Nico, who was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The reconstruction team then stepped in and did a great job putting everything back together quickly and efficiently. This included sheetrock, painting, molding/trim work, and even installing a new shower. Clark was excellent in coordinating with my insurance adjuster and making sure everything moved along smoothly and in an organized manner. The rebuild crew, led by Pablo, did exceptional work. The finished product looks great—you truly cannot tell where the damage occurred. Overall, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. John, the owner, clearly runs a very organized and professional operation with a great team behind him. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of water mitigation or reconstruction services.
