Prospect Point Cleanup and Restoration

I called on a Thursday afternoon close to 5pm. Not only did someone answer the phone, but they had a representative at my home the next morning to meet with my insurance adjuster. The claim was for a broken water pipe, which then leaked into the ceiling and on the floor. From that first call, to remediation, to the renovation work completion, I received exceptional service from SERVPRO of Dover/Stillwater. They are responsive, dealt directly with my insurance company and with only a minor delivery glitch outside of their control, this team was stellar from start to finish.

This stars in this review are for the 3 Gentlemen, Janel, team leader, Hugo, and Justin. I use that word and mean it. I trusted them to work on my home the following day, without me being home, and my 2 little elderly dogs, when I needed to go to work .They did the removal portion in my home. They worked with me side side, on Weds Aug. 11, 2026. With the time budgeted for my removal project, regarding, water and mold , they worked very hard, and did everything possible to assist me. They also helped me remove a lot of pocessions from my garage / storage area. They carried things out to my front Yard, and secured them with water proof traps I purchased, so that I could go through them as my schedule allowed . This review is for you 3 !

All team’s members from the office staff to the crew that came to my house to do the remediation (Janel/Hugo) have been great! They all are friendly, courteous and took the time to answer any questions I had. They have made a stressful situation less stressful.

This is the second time using ServPros services and once again I was more than pleased with their service. Everyone from the managers, the mitigation team and the reconstruction team were polite, friendly and very efficient. Their workmanship was excellent and when they left everything was neat and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

There was an ice block that damaged my den when it began melting and leaking inside. The service was excellent. Mireilly and Robert walked me through the process. The teams came in a very timely manner. The remediation and restoration were very efficient and professional. Robert continued to follow up to be sure things were going as expected. The team was extremely pleasant and treated my home as they would their own. I could not be more pleased with the final product. I would not hesitate to use their services again. I had smoke damage in the house, dog urine and dog feces They came in remediated the whole house an amazing job I would highly recommend them
