I observed some dark patches on the ceiling and a slight musty odor in our guest bathroom. To be honest, I was concerned that it could become a larger issue. The technicians arrived, conducted a comprehensive examination, and described the exact cause of the mold growth as well as the potential consequences of not treating it. In order to prevent it from returning, they carefully removed the impacted areas and treated the surfaces. I was especially appreciative that they kept the area secure for my children while donning full protective gear. I gained a lot of knowledge about preventing mold in the future, and the bathroom now feels brand new.
