They were absolutely so professional. Everything was taken care of to the highest ability. You would never even know they were in our home. We had our sink in our kitchen burst and it had been leaking for some time without us knowing. We unfortunately had a black mold problem. Dave worked with us all week to make sure it was a stress free experience. Hopefully we never have an issue again but if we do; without a doubt would call them again. Me and my fiancé unfortunately are not home during the day. Their workers came in while not home. They handled with the upmost professionalism.

It has been awesome working with Steve and Brian. They have been immediately responsive to any questions or concerns that I have expressed. They have been more than willing to explain things and provide clear answers to inquiries. They have been polite and respectful to my wife and I and careful with our home and property. These young men are an absolute asset to your company.

Dave and his team came to the rescue when our building flooded. Working with them made handling a disaster feel like a piece of cake! DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!! Dave & his crew at ServPro of Ewing did an absolutely amazing job! Unbeknownst to us, our beautifully finished basement sustained water damage after our sump pump pipe disconnected. Instead of water getting pumped outside, it spewed into our carpeted basement. My wife did her homework and contacted ServPro of Ewing. For about a week, they were in & out of our home. They were all very respectful, punctual, professional, courteous, kind, and compassionate. Our home is our sanctuary. It is our safe place. These guys understood that without having to tell them. Dave is a pleasant, helpful guy you want living next door to you. He's the kind of guy who cleans snow off your car without you knowing it. If you love your home the way we do and something terrible happens where you need mitigation, this is your company.

We used Servpro after having some roof issues that caused damage to our living room. Servpro came out and surveyed the damage and worked efficiently to get our living room dried out and addressed any issues we had. Servpro was great to work with especially Dave O'Hara who walked us through everything and was great at explaining each step that was being taken. Definitely recommend Servpro for any needs.
