Ever Melendez of Serv Pro Team Fox Waldwick NJ did a great job. After a sprinkler system popped next door and filtered water onto my ground floor I was facing a huge problem. The two units next door were totally destroyed by massive water from the sprinkler. Ever Melendez , Field Manager and his crew worked tirelessly to mitigate the damage across all effected units. The remediation process was incredibly thorough. Every single piece of impacted wall, ceiling, and flooring had to be removed, but the crew handled the demolition, clean up, and disinfection seamlessly. They utilized precise, professional techniques and top-tier equipment, including a strategic layout of high-powered dryers that they monitored closely both before and after. What could have been a highly stressful experience was made incredibly smooth and pleasant thanks to Ever’s leadership. His exceptional professionalism gave me complete confidence every step of the way. Thanks to their hard work, my place is now perfectly clean, completely dry, and ready for renovations. Jean and Felix came within 4 hours of Dave’s visit which occurred 2 hours after our insurance company called them. All three were professional, efficient, thorough and everything went smoothly. Jean and Felix worked well as a team - focused and hard working. They cleaned up the area nicely and finished up in under an hour. We very much appreciate their prompt attention, and squeezing us into their schedule as all of the crews were already on jobs when the claim reached the franchise. Highly recommend!

Jeff and his team did an amazing job! They were professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what happened and what needed to be done.
