I had a huge water leak in my condo, I called SERVPRO of Burlington and they came out right away. They were there within an hour from when I called. The technician, Edwin, was remarkable. He was very kind but also very diligent. He took care of everything. He communicated with me a few times a day until the 2 stores were dried out. He also communicated with his office and the insurance company. If you are ever in need, I highly recommend SERVPRO Burlington/Mt Holly 5 stars from a very satisfied customer
