Spring Hope Cleanup and Restoration

I was helped by the owner, Dan Renau! He did not hesitate to contact me back in an emergency situation ‼️‼️‼️He was prompt and quick and AWESOME! They were referred to me by my next-door neighbors, and boy were my neighbors right about them ‼️🙌🏾 I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs their services ‼️‼️ THEY ARE SIMPLY THE BEST ‼️‼️‼️

Thank you Andy S. for a fantastic job on our fire cleanup. It was truly a disaster before. We walked through afterward & the property is completely ready for renovation. Even the floors & closets and attic space were free of dust & debris! They even cleaned up the yard & exterior buildings completely! Just check out the before and after photos here.

When our kitchen caught on fire Servpro was the first call I made after I got off the phone with the fire department. Dan came right out and began remediation. Our kitchen required a near total rebuild including floors, cabinets and counters, lighting and some appliances. Brian with Servpro took over the project. He is the best. Brian is very meticulous and has an eye for detail. If he noticed something wrong he got it fixed whether we noticed or not. He was very responsive to our needs and responded to all calls and texts usually within minutes. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. I would use these guys for any type of home remodel.

We were on vacation and our fridge went out and was discovered by our house cleaner. Our home smelled of spoiled foods/meats. We called Serv Pro for assistance in pulling out the odor. Dan was very responsive. He came within a couple of hours, on a Saturday and helped my friend air out my home and attempted to remove the fridge from inside for us. He was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us. Since he didn’t have to use/leave any equipment, he didn’t even charge us to come out! You do not find service like that anymore. Although, we had to buy a new fridge, we came home to a fresh smelling home! I will definitely call Serv Pro for any future needs!

We had mold on the ceiling of our main bathroom. Mr. Dan came out and got us an estimate for removal and cleaning. Haven’t had any more issues since work was done. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank yall for the advice and hard work!!
