Oakboro Cleanup and Restoration

I would like to thank the company Servpro for the help provided at my home. I appreciate Juan and his team for eliminating all the moisture and leaving the house in good condition. I also want to thank two young men who helped Juan. Their names are Frankly and Roger.

storm came through put my umbrella through my glass sliding door . Frankie and Angel were some of the finest young men I’ve ever had Work done for me. . I’ve owned two businesses lotta construction, and these two men were respectful, hard-working. I felt secure and was respected. I was a little nosy and wanted to know how they were doing it and they explained everything to me. Devastating what happened but I enjoyed watching those two men work. I strongly recommend them.

Our experience was very difficult personally and it was a VERY large job, a total, house cleaning, remediation and mitigation. They took ALL my calls and messages with my many questions and necessary coordination amongst family members. Everyone was exceptionally gracious and patient, kind, thorough and work-with-able. Special thanks and gratitude for their love also 😊: Nick, Nikki, Eva, Mayra R., Oger, Mayra J., Maria, Yanery, Jessica, Juan, Nelson, david, Dez, Neil, Allyn. I would HIGHLY recommend this team! Hope I never have to go through anything like this again, but I know who to call if I do👍 "Like it never even happened.", they mean it.

The crew did an amazing job of cleaning the entire basement and cart shed .

Huge thanks to the SERVPRO crew: Alan, Jusue, Dezmond, Angel, Josh, Juan, and Oger. Every single one of them was friendly, hardworking, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process. I might be forgetting a couple of names, but truly the whole team deserves recognition. They made a stressful situation so much easier to handle, and I’m grateful for all of them.

So impressed with ServPro. Maggie, Myra and Myra have worked so hard cleaning a filthy rental house for me. They arrived and immediately began working. Nick, Juan and Josue have also been great to work with on our project. Ellen has kept me informed every step of the process. It's been a great experience!

Oger, Juan, Josue, Josh and Jacob did outstanding work. They were on the damaged site immediately and began remediation.
