Work was a little slow, BUT attention to detail was excellent. Definitely worth the trade off. I’d rather they take their time and do it right.

I cannot say enough good things about Servpro-Oxford and the team they sent to deep clean and deodorize the carpet in my house. The two young men that came were neat, courteous and respectful. They not only did an amazing job on carpet but also shared the many things Servpro does that I had no idea about. They are definitely not just “cleaners”. I would highly recommend that ANY work you need done, contact them first and give them a chance to give you a quote.

We had an undetected leak under our kitchen for an entire month. We only knew ehen we received a $400 water bill. Our traditional foundation sent it under the floor. Local people came but could not help the musty smell. A friend had a disaster at her house and was so pleased at the Serve Pro Oxford response. So I phoned. They came that afternoon Mr. Fyfe checked for moisture and mold, and offered to do an air quality test. I was so relieved that there could be proof of whether or not mold existed. He and Eli tested two rooms. The results came back exactly when he said. He called right away to follow up. The height of professionalism! My friend and I agree- Serve Pro is extremely professional and want to help you. There is no pre-planned agenda to sell an encapsulated crawl space. We had a sewage backup in the middle of the night and couldn’t have made it through this mess without Servpro. They were there within an hour, explained the process to us and had the preliminary cleanup done by the time we returned to the house the next morning.
