On the night of June 1, 2016, we had a sewage backup coming out of all our toilets, showers, and sinks. I had no idea what SERVPRO was. I immediately called my insurance company the following morning. They told me to call SERVPRO. Within hours, SERVPRO professionals were on site. Once they accessed the damage, they got to work. Within hours they had pulled up laminate flooring and removed baseboards throughout my entire house. They treated everything and put a whole bunch of equipment to dry everything out. They checked the equipment daily until they knew for sure that everything had dried out. I was extremely impressed from start to finish on how these SERVPRO professionals took care of everything and eased my stress. I will definitely refer SERVPRO to everyone I know.
