Centreville Cleanup and Restoration

My toilet tank cracked and a third of my house was unknowingly flooded but discovered on a Friday evening at about 4:00. What were my chances of getting any help?! I called ServePro of Natchez and was so very grateful they were sending someone on out. Within the hour appears Kay-Kay Zaidle. You can’t know the relief until or unless you’ve been there. I just knew all was lost in the way of my furniture but because she responded so quickly and did such a remarkable job, not only was my furniture saved but also my Sheetrock didn’t have to be cut away. The main thing….my peace of mind was restored. She made it a point to settle my nerves. Thank you Kay-Kay!

Mac, Katie, Trent and Blake did a great job restoring our built in china cabinet and an original electrical panel that had moisture issues in our historical home. They also fixed our clothes dryer line that was clogged. Would definitely recommend the Natchez Servpro team!

Blake Matthew responded to hurricane helene in sarasota florida. His team started remediation 2 days after the storm and within a week my house was clean, safe and dry. It is overwhelming when a major flood comes through your home and Blake and servepro where outstanding in getting me through this and exhibited the highest level of professionalism and care. We recently experienced a burst water line in our home. I had no idea how much damage water can cause in a short time. Kylie & Paul removed the flooring & set up high tech (at least they were to us)fans that blew very warm air downward & out & somehow drew water out too. Quite the deal. They ran night & day for several days. Kylie & Paul we’re very professional, patient, kind & helpful. They helped ease our stress as as we’ve never had anything like this happen before. Thank y’all
