I had a lot of water damage when the water softener on 2nd floor overflowed when I was not at home. I pulled into the garage to water on the floor. Inside the kitchen, water was on the floor and dripping from a vent and light fixtures. Also it was dripping off the crown molding on the cabinets. Upstairs, water was running over the drip pan and was on the carpet. After talking with the insurance adjuster, I contacted SERVPRO. They came the next day! I appreciated Ben who came to evaluate the situation. He sent Dallas (crew chief) and Garrett to set up fans and dehumidifiers in all of the water affected areas. Those 2 guys did a great job! They were careful, polite, and encouraging that they would take care of everything. They even moved my boxes of Christmas decorations out of the garage space that had water. They got all the areas dried up in a few days. When they took the equipment away, they even cleaned the floor and counters. They were true professionals!

An unfortunate circumstance of flooding in our home after business hours, led us to SERVPRO of Columbia North. The crew was to our home in no time working till 1am to mitigate the damages. They returned the next morning, ready to work. They cleaned and cleared out anything that was damaged. We were kept informed throughout the entire process. Our crew consisted of : Ben, Garrett, David, Rick and Dallas. Each of them professional, and hard working. They understood snd addressed our concerns.
