Pevely Cleanup and Restoration

It is hard to find the words to express just how grateful we are to the SERVPRO team from the Farmington and Union area. After the devastating flood at Davisville Heritage Hall, they gave up their day off to come volunteer their time, expertise, equipment, and supplies to help us begin the long journey of restoring our historic building. Bobby, Carolyn, Angie, Joleen, Isaac, and Tristen were simply amazing! They worked tirelessly demoing additional water-damaged areas, thoroughly cleaning, applying a microbial solution to help prevent mold, and setting up dehumidifiers and fans to begin drying out the building. Every task was done with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of their work—it was the attitude they brought with them. They served with cheerful hearts, positive spirits, and a willingness to do whatever needed to be done. In the midst of such a difficult time for our community, their kindness and compassion gave us hope. Because of this incredible team, our community Hall is one step closer to being restored. I would highly recommend SERVPRO without hesitation to anyone dealing with water, storm, or disaster damage. Their knowledge and equipment are exceptional, but it's their people who truly make the difference. Kane, Teddy, and Jacob did a fabulous job working to remove wet boards and answering questions. They were very courteous and respectful. Kane explained everything in detail so I understood what was happening in my cleanup process.

Angie made a very situation into a case of rest. I called on Friday evening of a holiday weekend and she was there before 9am Saturday. A biohazard mediation was resolved beautifully. Thanks to Angie & Teddy!

Servpro did an amazing job on our home. Dealing with a water leak mitigation and restoration. While it wasn’t without some bumps in the road (took a while, had to redo some stuff), what made it so much easier was Tim’s dedication and availability any time we needed help or answers about anything. Tim Womble deserves a raise no doubt, he made a process that is normally very stressful (dealing with adjusters…etc) so much easier just being available and willing to go 2 extra miles the whole time and is the reason for the 5 star review. He also ensured we were happy with the work that was done and told us it wasn’t done until we are happy with it. Tim’s manager was also a key player. Also thanks to Angie as well for being available when we needed her.

Posting for Beulah Ann McCreery...task of cleaning vents in our remodeled home at Farmington was so efficiently and effectively accomplished by Kane & Teddy....so polite & courteous and quick...such a reasonable cost and truly worthy of the $$$...I highly recommend their services and others to utilize this crew for any home improvement project.

I cannot say enough good things about Angie, Teddy and Isaac. This started as a complete disaster with a sump pump failure and completely flooded basement, then insurance denying my claim. Angie came out the next evening and calmed me down as I was crying and freaking out at how bad it all was. They were wonderful with tailoring a quote that was very reasonable since I had to self pay. The guys showed up on time a few days later and worked their butts off all day long. When we did the final walk through they gave me some GREAT ideas about how I could redo the basement without going through the mess of drywall again or completely ripping out everything and going back to concrete walls and floors. Things I never even thought of that would not only look good but would be cost effective and a much easier cleanup if this ever happens again. Everyone was amazing and I seriously couldn’t be happier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!
