Just want to thank your crews for their very professional and expert assistance on the cleanup of recent water damage.  We are located in Columbia, MO.  Lana, Chris and Tyler were all very helpful in getting us lined out after hours on July 5.  Chris and Tyler helped us that first night after we returned home from a vacation and got to experience a waterfall from the basement ceiling.  Not really the welcome home one looks for!  Anyway, mighty fine folks. I learned a lot from Chris from my never ending stream of questions!  He is a very patient man, and thorough in explaining the process and how the damages were assessed.

Brian, Phillip and Josh of the Columbia team took over the cleanup and continued the very professional/excellent job.  Brian's knowledge was appreciated as the damage assessment continued.  A very personable guy.  Anyway, I only have positives to share about your employees and would not hesitate to recommend your services.  I can truthfully say that I hope I never have to use them again (ha!)...but, if "stuff" happens you are gonna be my first call!
