Servpro of Canton came out quickly and broke down every step of the fire restoration process for me and my wife. Best part is they worked directly with our insurance company and I really didn’t have to do much. I honestly can’t believe it but their team removed all of the smoke odor and somehow cleaned all the soot damage. It’s hard to believe but the house looks back to normal despite how it looked after the fire department left. Everyone from Servpro was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping our family through an unimaginable situation. A special shoutout to Servpro for a job well done. We had serious water damage from a faulty washing machine. Required extensive repairs on two floors. Steve, the project manager, worked with extremely competent sub-contractors to ensure work was done at a top level. We wish to thank the subcontractors and also Adam for accommodating the unexpected surprises along the way with understanding and compassion. That made the whole process way less painful.
