The team at ServPro was fantastic to work with to clean up some water damage. They were responsive, efficient, and overall did an excellent job. Highly recommend

We had our basement flood and I called several different clean up companies including a few different SERVPRO locations. All were busy with other customers due to the unusual amount of rain this season but Jeremy Hoekwater made time to come out and assess our situation personally. The experience was extremely professional and saved us over $5,000 (compared to quotes by other restoration teams) hopefully I don’t have to be in this situation again but I would not hesitate to use this teams services in the future!

We had a pipe burst in our basement at 2am...which totally flooded our basement. The Allegan ServPro team was here by 9:30am the same day. They were so helpful through the entire process. They checked on progress every day until everything was dry. Great communication from everyone on the team. They made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Make them your first call!

It started a bit rocky. But Jordan and Bella ROCK! Long story.....I scheduled a cleaning with this company, because they had done a superior job cleaning my husband's place of business. They had been concerned that they were going to have to replace some very stained carpet tiles - but after Servpro did their work, they didn't have to! So I thought I was "safe" having them do our home. So the young men that came were very polite and professional - but unfortunately, I had to leave the house for an unexpected appointment prior to them finishing, and I was unable to do the final walk-thru. And even more unfortunate was when I came home about 30 minutes after they finished and I almost cried! It looked like they hadn't even been there! I could see some marks in the carpet where a cleaning wand may have been - but the very few light stains I had pointed out to them were still there - as well as at least 50 bugs/dust balls along the edges! There was not even a slight dampness on the carpets anywhere! There was no "fresh clean" scent either! I am not a complainer - but I had to call the company! One of the co-owners, Jeremy, called me within an hour and assured me that they would "make it right" and we scheduled for a crew to come back a few days later, due to my schedule. Then I called him back because I was curious if they still put things under furniture legs? He said "there aren't any?" Nope! He said "I'm sending over our manager immediately to check this out!" The manager came and agreed that there were some big issues. I was a bit apprehensive about the "redo" - but I did not need to worry! Two young ladies, Jordan and Bella, came - walked through the house with me - and assured me that they would make it right. And boy did they! They are AMAZING! They worked fast, hard , efficiently and most important EFFECTIVELY! The house smelled great! The carpets looked almost like new! The stains were gone! Every piece of furniture had protective pads placed under their legs! I am over the moon happy - just wish it hadn't disrupted my days prior to getting ready for Thanksgiving - but all is well - GREAT - that send well - GREAT! Thank you! I will be using you again!

You never want to have to use they guys, but if you need cleanup and demo from a disaster, I can think of no one I would rather have in my home dealing with the mess. Mike is outstanding to work with on the front end -- really knows his stuff. And kudos to Jordan the team leader!! She is as good as it gets... Good communicator, good leader, excellent at what she does, and a pleasure to work with under difficult circumstances. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, this is the first place I will call.

Had a plumbing leak and they did a great job getting the wood dried out , showed up when they said they would, and were very friendly. Definitely would use them again.
