New Buffalo Cleanup and Restoration

I’m currently in process of using them after our house flooded, with dogs and kids in the house it’s been a huge process, we just finished out the mitigating process. Taylor and Devin were our main two here for the whole ordeal, they were 100/5 stars! They have been not only incredibly respectful to us in here but also to our home and processions, they also have gone above and beyond. We have three hounds and 2/3 got out of the house when they were working and helped me get them home (honestly they deserve a raise because helping heard two hounds is a feat of its own) . They have gone the extra mile for answering every single question, they worked in a very timely fashion, I never saw them do anything but work the entire time they were here. This is the first time using a home owners insurance claim, you could imagine how nervous, full of stress and anxiety our family has been. They have been right there helping or calling to help find answers every single step of the way. If the first half of this process is this amazing I can only imagine The next steps will go just as smoothly. Chris the owner and his crew have been absolutely incredible working with so far and I would recommend them time and time again to anyone who asks

Called to get roof tarped after fallen tree was removed leaving two open holes. Rain predicted to come later in day so it was urgent that the work take place immediately to avoid further interior damage. Matt showed up promptly, but it was getting dark. He immediately went to work and saved the day. These people are my heros.

I cannot say enough positive things about working with Chris, David, Tyler and Derek. Julie and Bobbi were also wonderful in communicating and scheduling. All of them were patient with my many questions, knowleagable and professional. It truly restores faith in humanity to be met with such kindness in a stressful time by individuals who could easily become jaded by how difficult their job is. Thanks so much for all you do and for being such a bright spot for people going through tough times.

I had a small but gross sewer line backup at my house at a time I had several guests for the weekend (naturally...ugh). Serv Pro was here in an hour and took great care to assure that minimal structural damage occurred and bio-risk addressed thoroughly. Taylor and Pernell could not have been more careful with my belongings or more attentive to the situation. Taylor asked questions and got permissions to proceed at every point necessary. They have left several fans and a supervisor has scheduled a visit tomorrow to make sure the remediation is going as it should. I am more than grateful for the prompt, high level of care and customer service I have received in this yucky situation and definitely recommend this company to anyone who has a restoration need!

What a professional team! Taylor, Jared, Caliph and Jim came in and went to work mitigating water damage in our laundry and kitchen, and then into the basement! They were pleasant and knew exactly what they needed to do. I am confident we will get a great result and it was a pleasure working with this team.
