Ann Arbor was founded in 1824 when land speculators purchased 640 acres for $800.00 from the federal government. The state of Michigan was offered 40 acres of undeveloped land for the site of the state capitol. but lost out to Lansing. In 1837, the property was accepted as the site for the University of Michigan.

Came out quickly and mitigated a basement water leak. They start pulling up flooring and ripping out drywall immediately. They break what they pull up/off so it can’t be reused. Would have liked more communication and care in the mitigation (example: Nails weren’t removed, they were hammered flat). They worked fast and had the equipment (dryers and fans) to really get ready to restore. I used my own contractors for the restoration.
