I just had mold removed. ServPro did an excellent job! ELLISTON, KEVIN & Phillip Santangelo were fantastic. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

I hired Servpro to due abatement after a water leak. The team was very professional and kept me informed through the entire abatement process. 5 stars for team members Jeremy and Najwa. Phillip, the project manager was great as well.

Demolition due to water damage. Phil was always very quick to respond and take action. He is a professional and kind. Jeremy D., Gerald and Jarrod literally could not of done a better job. We live in Eastham on Cape Cod and highly recommend.

Very pleased with clean-up from wayer damage. Richard and Gerald were courteous and thorough. When asked, they answered ALL my questions and were most reassuring that all would be well! Would recommend them highly!!

We had water damage in an upstairs bathroom and bedroom with walk-in closet which extended to the kitchen directly underneath. Our insurance company recommended ServPro. From initial contact with Service Manager Phil through Reconstruction Manager Chris, response has been highly professional, caring, respectful of our home and responsive. As reconstruction has not yet begun, our interaction has been with the demolition team. Led by Jeremy, he, Rene and Nelson have been incredible. Jeremy and Rene did most of the work over three days, doing drywall flood cuts, removing hardwood floors and bathroom floor tiles and disassembling kitchen cabinetry. They are extremely hardworking and competent. Highly knowledgeable, Jeremy answered every question we asked, no matter how complex, and ensured the work done was minimally invasive while removing all affected material. He carefully installed plastic sheet barriers to protect the rest of the house as well as hardwood floor and stairway sheeting to protect against moving heavy dehumidifiers. Jeremy and Rene also constantly cleaned up after themselves, often vacuuming drywall dust. After less than three days of dehumidifying, heating and air circulation, they drove all moisture residue well under acceptable levels, setting the stage for reconstruction. We have been completely satisfied with ServPro to this point and would highly recommend them, especially Jeremy and Rene.
