We hired them. The day they were to arrive, I received advance notice of their arrival. The three employees were the best. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made this overwhelming issue bearable. The level of service was incredible. They will be returning in a few days to collect their equipment and clean up. We recently needed help with a major clean up in our basement involving a sewage issue and the ServPro team was outstanding. Eduardo, Abel , and Alfredo worked tirelessly from start to finish. They not only did an excellent job but they also came and went with smiles: very friendly and professional. When they returned to pick up some equipment, they found a new issue that was more to do with the plumbing. They kindly explained the issue, helped with the plumbing, and advised on next steps.
