Hazel is a charming small city located in Calloway County in far western Kentucky, just a few miles north of the Kentucky–Tennessee state line. Positioned along U.S. Highway 641, Hazel is approximately 15 miles southwest of Murray and less than 20 miles from Paris, Tennessee.
