So totally unrelated but I wanted to give a huge shout out and I promise to write a review. Sunday night about 10:15 I got a call from an insured with a major water leak from her kitchen into her finished basement. I offered to call it in right away and she said to wait until Monday morning. I called your guys Monday about 9am after I filed the claim with Indiana Farmers and John got a crew on it immediately. By 1 that same afternoon she called to tell me how awesome your team was and that she was amazed to have a resolution already. Hole in ceiling, blowers going and cabinets getting taken care of the following day plus they sent everything to Indiana Farmers immediately. You guys are rockstars!!
Our lives are back to normal now thanks to the folks from SERVPRO! From all of us to all of you, thanks for all you do!

We had a major pipe break below our sink which caused a lot of damage to our kitchen & basement. Our insurance recommended SERVPRO and boy was I glad! The SERVPRO team determined what needed to be done and went to work. There is no way my husband and I could have taken care of this ourselves. Special thanks to the technicians & project manager that walked me through this process making me feel at ease.
