A few months ago a storm came through and knocked out our power so our sump pump couldn't perform and our basement flooded. SERVPRO came to do the dry out. They had to discard many of our items due to the classification of storm water. SERVPRO's onsite technician and project manager were very informative and addressed our questions and concern we had.
