My neighbor's water pipe burst and was not home, as a result, my condo was flooded with water. The carpet absorbed the water and was completely saturated. They have an excellent procedure for dealing with these situations, from the initial clean up, drying out, demolition, re-laying flooring, and dealing directly with my insurance agency. The process went smoothly. After carpet removal, I opted to have it replaced with plank vinyl flooring. After pricing the project at a few other places, I went back to SERVPRO for the new flooring. Not only was their installation price competitive, but I got a high quality vinyl a great price. They were able to work around or move my furniture, and the flooring was installed, and all of the woodwork replaced and painted all in one day. The floor looks GREAT!!!
