Several months ago my basement flooded due to a sump pump malfunction. There were several inches of water on the floor and it was soaking into the furniture, storage items, EVERYTHING was going to be ruined, or so I thought. They had started mitigation just a couple of hours after the inspector came out and in a very short time after that the water was gone and they had their equipment set up to dry everything out. I was amazed at their speed and efficiency! They worked seamlessly with my insurance adjustor, were unfailingly polite and always were willing to answer my many questions.
