I had a garage fire last month that ended up causing smoke damage to almost my entire house. Steve from SERVPRO came out and showed me where the smoke damage was and worked directly with my insurance company to get everything cleaned up and restored. I had previous experiences with other restoration companies (I will not name names though) that were INCREDIBLY stressful because I felt like I was being pulled in so many different directions by my insurance company and the restoration company.
