For marketing, we want to provide you with information to help get you and your family settled. Our project manager will do the initial scope which includes gathering information that gets imported into our proprietary software. Our software then generates a floor map which is marked with the exact location each equipment piece needs to be set. This allows us to stay on the projected timeline by providing us with optimal drying times.
How SERVPRO Restores Water Damage
When a member of our project management team provides the initial scope they are looking at multiple factors. One of the causes of the water damage is storm-related damage or possibly a frozen pipe burst. Another factor they have to consider is the overall possibility of microbial growth which needs to be confirmed by our testing provider, Techtron. Testing allows us to be sure we are fully confident in our water damage restoration by fully restoring it and not putting a band-aid on a bigger problem.

Kelly and Jordan were amazing to work with. From day one they were in my house and making phone calls to insurance to get my water damage taken care of. They made numerous trips, phone calls, and went above and beyond what their job calls for to ensure that I was taken care of. When the clean up started on my house, they did an amazing job making sure that it was done accurately and appropriately. I was expecting a rip and tear job but instead, everything was handled delicately. They kept not only me, but my insurance adjuster and contractor informed with their progress.
