Our project manager will do the initial scope which includes gathering information that gets imported into our proprietary software. Our software then generates a floor map which is marked with the exact location each equipment piece needs to be set. This allows us to stay on the projected timeline by providing us with optimal drying times.

When a member of our project management team provides the initial scope they are looking at multiple factors. One of the causes of the water damage is storm-related damage or possibly a frozen pipe burst. Another factor they have to consider is the overall possibility of microbial growth which needs to be confirmed by our testing provider, Techtron. Testing allows us to be sure we are fully confident in our water damage restoration by fully restoring it and not putting a band-aid on a bigger problem.
