Cedar Falls Cleanup and Restoration

Recently had our basement flood and reached out to SERVPRO for help. The team of Dillon, Bill, and Dayton were at our house within an hour of us contacting them and explained to us the next steps and went right to work. They were fast, efficient and professional. Explained to us what was going to happen and followed up with us daily until the work was done. Extremely professional group whom I would trust to do the job again if needed!

Scotty and crew, Especially Jeremiah, did a fantastic job on my basement project last summer. These are your go to guys!!

Servpro was at our home within an hour after being called. A big storm landed a tree and 3” of rain on our house. The tree broke through our skylight pouring water over everything. Jeremiah and his team helped us get through a trying time! They communicated with us often, telling us what they were doing and why. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Jeremiah and the Serv Pro team did an excellent job managing the sewer backup in our basement. Jeremiah did a great job communicating the steps along the way during a stressful event. We greatly appreciated his construction knowledge to explain what we needed to know, next steps, and the reasons why things needed to be done. The crew was helpful, capable and accountable. Highly recommend Serv Pro!

Brett and his crew saved the day for us. I called them in a panic and they handled everything from showing up asap to being available every time I had a question. They literally were lifesavers. This was our first experience with something like this and they were compassionate and understanding and all their workers were very professional. They gave great advice on what to do next after all the cleaning was taken care of. We highly recommend their services! Thank you guys!!

We were one day out from a family vacation to Florida. So of course that's when our outside spigot decided to burst INSIDE our finished basement. Water everywhere. Not knowing what to do, we called Serv Pro and Devante and his team were top notch. They obviously knew what they were doing, assured me they had seen these types of incidents many times before, and professionally figured out just how much of the basement needed to be demolished, dryed out, and restored. They interfaced with my father in law the following week so my family and I could still go on our vacation. They brought peace of mind, professionalism, and expertise to the work that otherwise would have been very stressful for us to find individual contractors to do all the various pieces of the job. I would 100% recommend Serv Pro any time life hands you one of those moments as a home owner where you don't know what to do!

Brett and his team were fantastic! Dealing with water in your house where you don't want it is stressful!! Luckily ServePro was there for us and helped calm me down as you can tell they really care about getting your house back up and running. They were a bright light at a dark time.

We had water backup in our basement and called Brett. His crew came over fast and got us all dried up. Great work. Thanks again
