I'm so thankful for the quick response the team had Servpro had to my water leak in the middle of the night. Damage was worse than I thought, but the team was transparent every step of the way. I never write reviews but for this company I had to. Jon Avery and his team are the best in the business by far. My family and I unfortunately have experienced two major catastrophe’s with our home. The first was water damage and the second is mold damage due to our air conditioner. The water damage was handled by another mitigation company and they were absolutely terrible at their job. Getting a response back from our calls and emails was almost impossible. On top of that, we had to call their corporate office just to get them to come back and fix what they didn’t do the first time around. Our experience with Jon Avery and his crew at ServPro was the complete opposite. When they Gave us a date and time when they would be at our house they were there. They always showed up 15 minutes earlier than what they scheduled us at and that took some of the worry off of my back. Not only were they on time they were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my life not just personally but professionally. I can honestly say without a shadow of a doubt, that Jon Avery is by far the best I’ve ever seen. He takes his job very seriously and he knows all there is to know about the mitigation process. My family and I lucked up by having Jon Avery and his team as the company to help get our house back to the way it was before the mold damage. Our house flooded while we were having a new roof put on. I had never had to deal with ANYTHING like this previously. Jonathan and the Servpro crew were life savers. They told me everything that would be done then proceeded to do it! They were on time, courteous, professional and willing to answer any questions. They went above and beyond. Jon Avery and his team were incredible! There was a fire next door to our Savannah home and we suffered extreme smoke damage all through our house - and just to make it more of a problem - all in the middle of the Covid pandemic. Jon was on it in a matter of hours. They got the different experts in within days to assess what needed doing and Jon monitored the whole process - all the while keeping us informed of everything that was occurring as well as what the next steps would be. He and the others were always available when we called and happy to explain any issue. We were extremely pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend this firm to anyone. They were very personable and although I would rather not have had the damage happen - we are so happy and fortunate to have had them to help us through. Thanks again!
