Had some major water damage in my kitchen and Servpro was excellent! I highly recommend Lenin! Drew his manger was also great! Flexible, reliable and easy to communicate with.

Lenin and his team did a phenomenal job assisting us when we had an upstairs toilet overflow. The team arrived at my home within an hour of my initial phone call on a Monday morning. The team was efficient, polite, communicative and did an overall great job. I highly recommend this Servpro team for anyone needing water remediation.

Lenin and Blake were very professional and provided excellent customer service. They arrived promptly and thoroughly explained the process to me. They provided several blowers and dehumidifiers to dry the water in my attic as well as bedroom. The job was done in a timely manner and clean up was great. I felt at ease with the process. I would highly recommend them!

Servpro of Athens went above and beyond in everything they did for our church home. Talena and this entire branch have been absolutely incredible. She has gone completely out of her way on three separate occasions to help me, and I haven’t even officially hired her for a service yet. She’s been assisting me with a real estate listing that had a lingering cigarette odor preventing the home from showing and selling the way it should. Not only did she take the time to offer her expert advice, but she personally stopped by THREE separate times just to check on things and help me troubleshoot the issue — all without expecting a dime in return. That level of care and dedication is almost unheard of these days. She also recommended a reasonably priced duct cleaning company that did an amazing job! I’m genuinely blown away by the customer service, professionalism, and kindness she’s shown me from day one. It’s hard enough to find good customer service anymore, let alone exceptional service from someone who gains nothing from helping. To me, that says everything about a person’s integrity and the kind of business they run. When someone is willing to help simply because they care about doing the right thing, that speaks volumes. I can confidently say this branch is honest, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. I would recommend Talena and her team to anyone without hesitation!

Anthony, Bradley, Sean, Ernesto and Jorge did a fantastic job helping us. We raised money for Cystic Fibrosis and when we called to have them come clean after they offered to donate their time. Words can’t describe how good of a job they did and even more importantly what good people they are.
