The name Weeki Wachee came from the Seminole Indians. It’s means “little spring” or “winding river.” This is also the location for the deepest naturally formed spring in the United States. Twelve miles outside of Brooksville, FL Weeki Wachee is home to many state parks and draws a lot of tourism. With more people comes more opportunity for the unfortunate to occur in local homes and businesses and that's why we pride ourselves on being there to get things back to normal as soon as possible.
