We returned from vacation Sunday afternoon to find our Freezer and Refrigerator lost power and all food spoiled, rotted and stunk terribly in our garage. We contacted Servpro and spoke with Justin who was absolutely outstanding to work with and he saved the day. Justin understood our problem, said he would get two guys at our house asap to tape up the freezer, refrigerator and haul them away. Justin prioritized our problem and immediately pulled Harold and Raymond off another job and they showed up at our house in ~ hour, amazing service on a Sunday afternoon!!! They removed the freezer and refrigerator and placed two commercial air scrubbers and air filters in our garage and house to filter and clean the air plus they fogged and deionized the air in the garage and house. Amazing timely service!! Justin, Harold and Raymond were outstanding to work with, were extremely professional and incredibly responsive and efficient. The service charge was very minimal and very reasonable especially given the miserable task required on a late Sunday afternoon…we cannot believe how quickly they got our house back to normal! Thank you Justin, Harold and Raymond for the outstanding job you did to clean up the toxic biohazard like condition in our garage!!! Servpro very quickly and professionally saved the day and Justin, Harold and Raymond are truly fantastic, thank you!
