There was an overflow from the condo upstairs, Alvaro from ServPro responded the same day, inspected the area, moisture meters and cameras, set up fans and dehumidifiers, four days later the place was completely dry. Thanks Alvaro and crew.

Servpro was recommended to us for a 2nd story condo water leak disaster & they were here within an the hr taking care of business thank goodness! We were so impressed with their team work & professionalism that we hired them to do the demo & reno of our master bath. I woke up this morning to a chirping fire alarm around 7 am. No fire, but my upstairs neighbor’s refrigerator filter was spewing water all over her condo and it was soaking through to mine. Fully half the floor surface was in a puddle in here up to 2 inches deep, water marks on the ceiling, three ceiling fixtures filled with water and the fire alarm. A quick call to Serv-Prov North Naples and a team was here before 9 am. Alvaro and his crew worked steadily to mop up the water, remove baseboards and move all sorts of furniture out of the way. They worked quickly and efficiently to clean up the mess. They left huge fans blowing around the surface and into the walls to prevent mold. It will be a couple days till I’m all dried out. To make matters worse, I had knee replacement surgery five days ago and could be of no help at all. I was extremely impressed with Alvaro’s professionalism and genuine concern about my welfare. His crew was polite and efficient. All were so kind! I am so very grateful! I HIGHLY recommend Serv-Pro North Naples!
