Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving 2024 my kitchen flooded. I called ServPro and they had a team on site within 2 hours. Following several days of dealing with the water damage it was time to repair the damage. ServPro construction group headed by Jim McGahuey and Haylee Herbert Roy assessed needed repairs, cost and managed the entire process. They are professional, detail oriented and most of all patient. We encountered a number of delays and setbacks during the process, none of which was attributed to ServPro, and they just kept with it, maintained a positive attitude and in the end I have a beautiful kitchen.
