Deerfield Beach Cleanup and Restoration

I have to say They did a great job! That's the end result, but how we got there is the real story. I get a call from my downstairs neighbor. Water coming thru her ceiling, went to the apt checked and I had water coming down from above. Got the water above turned off and put in a call to Servpro of South Palm Beach, now this is 5pm on a Saturday. Arrived in less than an hour and went straight to work, Isaac inspected and photographed the damage documenting all the issues. Meantime Jermaine is bringing water extractor, fans and dehumidifiers to the Apt and extracting the water in closets, halls, guest room and rest room. Isaac is using a IR camara to make sure he finds where any water damage may be less obvious. Next they (Isaac and Jermaine) start setting up equipment, Multiple fans in each area to dry out the carpet and more importantly the dry wall. They set them up so the fans blow on on multiple surfaces in each room and hall, and placed dehumidifiers in each area. They arrived by 6 and had the two apartments equipped by 9. Cut to Monday, Jona (supervisor) along with Isaac and Jermaine came to check on the progress, checked with the IR Camera and a moisture meter and went over every area to include ceilings walls baseboards and carpet. the explained the process again and would return on Wednesday. They returned Wednesday afternoon (Jona, Isaac and Jermaine) re checked with Meter and IR all good except for the bathroom ceiling. Collected the equipment from the other areas, re stretched the pulled up carpet and added extra fan to bathroom. They explained the process during each visit and kept me fully informed and would return Thursday. Thursday they came and collected the remaining equipment, and reinspected all areas with IR and the Moisture meter, to insure there was no remaining moisture. I cannot say enough good things about this group, Isaac with his skill and patience, explaining every thing about what water does, how it travels and why there so thorough in inspection, Jermaine installing equipment insuring its proper placement and checking for any hidden issues, and Jona explaining and inspecting all work , making sure everything that could be done would be. Last but not least is Alaina and the office staff, who kept informed on all administrative matters involving the flood. They all did a Fantastic job. Though not stated earlier, everyone showed compassion and empathy for our situation and tried to minimize the impact on us. You wont find a better group of people or Company than Servpro of South Palm Beach
