The whole experience with ServPro was great. They get here quickly and went to work getting the wet carpet out and drying out the house. The whole team was polite and professional. D'Angelo, thanks for getting us dry. I am editing this review to add, the two gentleman who came the first day are rock stars. I don't remember their names but they worked fast to get that wet carpet out of the house and start the drying process. There was a lot of stuff in those two rooms they had to move. Deangelo & Noah picked up clothes on March 5th, dry cleaned & packed up and returned to me on May 28th. They were washed & dry cleaned & placed in bags & on hangars. They meticulously prepared & returned them to me today!
Quick response(less than 90 minutes from first contact). Chris, DeAngelo were efficient in the removal of the water from the downstairs floor areas. Efficient, personable and very helpful. Kudos especially, to Chris who was the initial response. Excellent job!!!!
