We had a major water leak in our condo. I called Servpro of Boyton Beach. Mariana came out to estimate the job. She’s responsive and easy to deal with especially in such a stressful situation. She sent out the A team foreman Luis Lugo and Tresjuan. They set up de humidifiers and air scrubbers. They covered our tile floors and hung plastic to protect our belongings. I had two other companies tell me I had mold, but Eduardo came out and was completely honest, what I thought was mold damage turned out to be decorative cotton balls glued to the ceiling and dust. He saved me thousands of dollars by being upfront instead of pushing unnecessary work. More companies need someone like Eduardo with his integrity and genuine care for customers.
