I made the call late at night, and Matt was at my house in a short time. After he made the assessment and explained everything, Chris and Zach came with all the necessary equipment and set it up. I am so impressed with their technical knowledge and professionalism. I was so stressed and exhausted, and yet, even though they were working through the night, the crew was calm and pleasant.
The drying-up process has been monitored carefully, and some adjustments have been made.
So, I am writing this review to let anyone know that if you run into an emergency, call SERVPRO immediately, before the situation gets worse.
These ladies did an outstanding job at our home. I would highly recommend your services.
Mario, John, and their crew made what I thought was one of the worst times of my life, almost painless. They helped with packing, storing, cleaning, and moving everything. They were very on time and up front at every turn. Should another unfortunate event arise, Mario will be my first phone call.
