We had a leak in our dining room which resulted in ceiling and floor damage. The entire room needed to be gutted and redone. SERVPRO was fast and efficient. They came in and gutted the room in a couple of days and prepared it for the renovation. It was a whirlwind of activity. They made it easier for us as they have the process down pat. For the renovation they sent a representative (Brenda) to help us through all the details. It was like having a personal assistant. Once the insurance money came they sent Santiago and his team to redo the room. They were actually fun and very upbeat. Santiago pays attention to detail and made sure we were happy throughout the process. They did a great job and it looks like a brand new room now. Super happy with their service.
