Fearnowville has hot and dry summers and very cold and snowy winters. Though it is near several water sources, such as the Arkansas River, the Bessemer Ditch, and several other canals, the dry summers keep flood risks relatively low. However, the area did experience a historic flood in 1921.
The Great Pueblo Flood destroyed much of downtown Pueblo and was one of the deadliest natural disasters in the history of Colorado. Today, flood control measures on the Arkansas River and Fountain Creek make flooding much less of a risk in the area.

SERVPRO of Pueblo recently sent out a team to clean my air ducts. First all, their office staff is extremely polite, helpful and professional. Second, the 2 guys that came out, Travis and Ryan were very professional, efficient and friendly. They developed a plan that was logical to most effectively and effeciently clean out air ducts. They covered the furniture, floors and vacuumed everything after each area they cleaned the ducts. They cleaned the registers and area around the vent and registers as well. I can honestly say they left my house CLEANER than when they arrived. I can only imagine how awesome they would be in a disaster.
