Everything went smooth and fast. They worked with our insurance directly for the estimates. They finished an entire day and a couple hours earlier than they expected which is great because now we can get started on other repairs than much sooner. We had our downstairs bathroom flood in May over a holiday weekend and Serv Pro was quick to respond and send their crews to cleanup and get our walls dried. Each crew that came in for each stage of work was quick, efficient and communicated with us throughout every step. Technicians were kind and respectful, their supervisors that checked in on their work were knowledgeable of next steps. A manager then did regular walk throughs during each stage of the clean out, pack up and removal of walls. The owner also stopped in to check on his crews and review the work. We felt completely safe with their decisions and their office admins handled everything with our insurance company. So thankful for ServPro El Centro and that we were able to rely on them during a time that could have been very stressful.
