I can’t find the right words to describe this company. The day we had the water damage it was late at night when my son found them and he called and spoke to John Baias, he is the supervisor in the South San Bernardino Servpro Company. He was nothing but patient, courteous and he acted as fast as possible and brought his team to start working at our house. His team didn’t leave until we were comfortable and at ease! And from that day I knew we can trust him to also do the reconstruction too! I’m very thankful and happy with his work. I will refer his company if anyone who needs it. We had a water leak from the dishwasher line and our insurance company put us in touch with Serv Pro. Jon and Diane did a wonderful job bringing in their big fans and drying out our drywall and carpets. There was some water damage to some lower cabinets, they removed them and supported the countertops. We would recommend their service to our family and friends.
Extremely positive experience having Jon and Diane manage renovation of water damage to walls and ceiling across two rooms. I was very happy with the work of their asbestos testing and removal sub. All their workers were great, but I cannot say enough praise for Sipriano who took the lead on dry wall installation and repainting. Not the first contractor I've used but by far the best experience I've had using one. Very quick to respond to texts and phone calls.
John and Diana were amazing to work with. Walked us through the process from A to Z and communicated daily on the status. We had a water leak between the bathrooms and they came by daily to check on the drying and helped us navigate our insurance company. Would highly recommend them for any of your needs.

This is by far the most impressive company I've ever seen! They have an amazing staff that did a beyond perfect job. My mom had water damage to her house and she is elderly.
